Job Summary
The Manager in Training assists the Store Manager with overall operations and administrative duties, gaining knowledge in each department, helping to plan and execute store goals, and promoting sales and promotions. It includes acting in the Store Manager’s absence, supervising staff, directing departments to meet responsibilities, ensuring inventory movement and customer trends are monitored, delivering exceptional customer service, promoting services and merchandise, and upholding company policies across operations.
Required Qualifications
