Job Summary
Manager in Training assists the Store Manager with overall operations, administration, and achieving store goals; acts as ambassador to create a strong customer experience, promotes services and merchandise, and supervises in the Store Manager’s absence. Requires knowledge of each product area, strong customer service focus, ability to guide and train staff, manage inventory and sales statistics, and uphold company policies and procedures while driving sales and promoting promotions.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Experience working in a retail environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to assist in managing a team and keep up with overall goals and profits
