Job Summary
Manager in Training assisting the Store Manager with overall store operations, merchandising, scheduling, inventory control, and customer service. Oversees store responsibilities in the Store Manager’s absence, guides employees across departments, promotes services and merchandise, and ensures adherence to policies and procedures to meet store goals and profitability. Emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining inventory awareness, and training staff in store responsibilities and administrative duties.
Required Qualifications

- 1-3 years customer service experience
