Manager In Training- Part Time

Manager in Training assists the Store Manager with overall store operations and administrative duties, is knowledgeable in each product area, helps determine methods to achieve store goals, promotes sales and promotions, and serves as an ambassador of Hibbett I City Gear to create a memorable customer experience. In the absence of the Store Manager, the Manager in Training assumes supervisory responsibilities and is trained in the Store Manager’s duties. Responsibilities include supervising staff, directing work, managing inventory and sales data, providing guidance to employees and customers, ensuring quality customer service, merchandising, restocking, and safeguarding company assets and information while upholding company policies and procedures. Prioritizes extraordinary customer service and selling merchandise, with an emphasis on footwear and athletic apparel within a fast-paced retail environment.
