Job Summary
Manager in Training role overseeing day-to-day salon operations, including labor control, staff hiring, development and retention; responsible for meeting team and individual sales quotas, consulting with customers, building loyalty and long-term relationships, increasing customer traffic through local store marketing, maintaining billing records and delinquent accounts, cash handling, and daily admin tasks; requires HS diploma, 2+ years of management experience and 1+ year of face-to-face sales; offers a comprehensive training program to prepare for Management Team, with uncapped commission up to 15% of total sales and a base salary of $32,500/year; full-time benefits include medical coverage, paid time off, product discounts, and free tanning services.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Proven customer service experience
- Two or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One or more years of face-to-face sales experience
- Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
- Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals
- Polished professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per day
