Job Summary
Lead and develop store teams through a comprehensive training program to prepare for a role on the management team. Recruit, orient, and coach staff; drive sales goals and performance through training, mentoring, and feedback. Schedule and assign employees to meet operational requirements, monitor expenses (labor, cost of sales, and other costs), and ensure store cleanliness, stocking, organization, and customer readiness. Build customer loyalty and positive team culture; resolve customer concerns promptly; analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize net profits; safeguard cash handling and banking; ensure compliance with legal requirements. Strong verbal and written communication, retail/customer service experience, and leadership potential are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7+ hours)
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
