Job Summary
Manager in Training responsible for directing day-to-day salon operations, achieving sales goals, and developing a team in the skincare retail environment. Core duties include labor control, hiring, staff development, maintaining client billing records, cash handling, and daily administrative tasks while delivering professional customer service, building long-term customer relationships, and increasing audience traffic through local store marketing. Requires proven customer service and two+ years of management experience, with a strong focus on leadership, goal-driven performance, and UNCAPPED commission opportunities (up to 15% of total sales). Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Two or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One or more years of face-to-face sales experience
- Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
- Polished professional appearance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per day
