Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day operations under supervision across assigned departments, including plant operations, live production, and business functions. Partner with experienced leadership to direct frontline associate activities and apply the LEAP philosophy in daily interactions. Identify root causes of issues, suggest solutions, and implement creative remedies with various departments. Ensure safety initiatives are followed to maintain a zero-accident culture while working unusual shifts, including holidays and weekends. Complete a structured 12-month rotation schedule to develop leadership skills, interpersonal savvy, and high learning agility within the nation's third-largest poultry producer.
Required Qualifications
- College degree required (associate, bachelors, graduate) OR completed college degree by MIT start date
- Must be able to relocate within company geographic footprint
