Job Summary
Restaurant General Manager in Training leads operations for the Taco Bell unit, directing overall restaurant performance, supervising and training crew and shift managers, managing staffing, budgeting, and cost controls (food, labor, and other expenses), ensuring food quality, guest service, safety, and compliance, handling hiring and performance appraisals, and serving as a hands-on role model to staff while driving sales growth and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role preferred
- Experience in service-related business preferred
- Demonstrated ability to coach and train employees
- Strong math and reading skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and maintain hygiene
- Reliabile transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible hours and all shifts
