Job Summary
Lead operations for a Taco Bell unit as Restaurant General Manager in Training, overseeing staffing, training, and daily performance to achieve high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, product quality, and speed of service. Responsibilities include controlling costs (food, labor, cash, and other expenses), driving sales growth through improved service metrics, hiring and performance appraisals for crew and management, coaching and developing team members to certification and performance targets, maintaining sanitation and regulatory compliance, handling guest concerns, ensuring safe operations, coordinating preventative maintenance, and delivering timely feedback to area leadership. The role requires hands-on leadership, cash handling when needed, and strong focus on guest service and operational excellence; location is Stow, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old or older
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Possess a minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role, preferably in a service-related business
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Have open availability and the ability to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed
- Basic math and reading skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude
- Comes to work with good hygiene
- Has reliable transportation and able to arrive to work on time
- Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach and train employees
- A positive, friendly, and courteous attitude
