Job Summary
Lead the execution of Mo’ Bettahs brand daily at the Taylorsville, UT location as Manager in Training. Responsible for overseeing both FOH and BOH operations, maintaining cleanliness and safety, driving Same Store Sales growth, managing line speed via transaction times, serving as primary customer-service contact, and ensuring adherence to Mo’ Bettahs standards. Supports scheduling, weekly reporting, training, and certification efforts, collaborates with GM and trainer, and reinforces company culture and values while ensuring health, safety, sanitation, and policy compliance. Requires strong communication, leadership, multitasking, and a willingness to obtain trainings and certifications; must be age 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. Located in Taylorsville, UT.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 year’s work experience at Mo’ Bettahs or other restaurant
- Basic experience with computers, e.g., Microsoft Suite, email
- Valid driver’s license
- Regular and predictable attendance
