The Manager in Training (MIT) programDevelops comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations under the guidance of the General Manager, with hands-on experience to prepare for advancement to the General Manager role. Responsibilities include assisting the general manager with daily operations and revenue growth; overseeing daily store activities, cleanliness, inventory, and scheduling; learning to interpret P&L statements, manage payroll, control expenses, and track revenue; using metrics to evaluate Drive-In performance; recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and developing team members; fostering an upbeat, positive workplace; communicating the big picture and rationale behind tasks; and establishing community outreach to grow sales while upholding labor laws and food safety requirements. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
