Job Summary
Manager in Training opportunity to develop into a Pepsi MidAmerica sales leader. As an MIT, you will develop strategies to achieve sales goals, build relationships with Store Managers and key accounts, identify new business opportunities, negotiate pricing, and manage multiple projects while gaining hands-on leadership and management experience. The role emphasizes customer relationship building, cross-functional collaboration, leadership development, participation in regular training, and supporting personnel evaluation and development.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience required
