Manager In Training (MIT)

Manager in Training (MIT) program to develop future leaders in Pepsi MidAmerica's sales organization. The role focuses on sales leadership, customer relationship management, business development, and team leadership while preparing for advancement into management roles. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with Store Managers and key customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities to grow market share, converting competitor business, negotiating pricing and sales agreements, and ensuring accounts comply with company policies. Leadership development duties include managing projects, analyzing business challenges, coaching and performance management of team members, and collaboration across departments to achieve business goals. Travel within the assigned territory is required.
