Job Summary
Conduct hands-on leadership training across multiple functional areas while supporting store leadership in coaching, developing, and motivating team members. Deliver exceptional customer service standards, resolve concerns professionally, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment through adherence to loss prevention and operational controls. Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory, and merchandising while interpreting basic financial metrics to drive performance. Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training processes to foster employee engagement and retention. Requires 2+ years of retail leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree preferred, and ability to work 40–50 hours weekly including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Average 40–50 hours per week during training, based on business needs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent bending, carrying, pushing, and ladder use.
- Regular computer work requiring close vision.
- Occasional travel for training or support at other locations.
