Responsibilities include delivering fashion knowledge to customers, leading by example in customer service, managing payroll hours, preparing schedules, directing promotional changes to maximize sales, making quality hiring decisions, nurturing talent, coaching associates, driving store operations, ensuring policy compliance, and utilizing HR resources.
