Job Summary
Manager in Training supports the Store Manager in sales-driven retail operations, customer experience delivery, and leadership development. Responsibilities include helping exceed daily sales goals, educating customers on brand values and product knowledge, driving profitable results through strong business acumen, leading and coaching staff, recruiting and staffing plans, staff development, and ensuring operational standards for opening/closing, inventory management, merchandising, scheduling, and payroll accuracy. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment

- Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty and ethical business
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the shop including holidays, evenings and weekends
