Job Summary
Train to proficiency across all store management and operations aspects, including acquiring customers, driving sales, managing accounts, and delivering exceptional service. Perform in-home delivery and setup, handle inventory management, and meet sales and profit targets. This in-person role requires lifting merchandise up to 300 pounds, traversing stairs, and prolonged driving or standing. Candidates must be over 21, hold a high school diploma or GED, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. A background check, including driving history and drug screening, is required.

- Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor climates and weather conditions
- A detailed background check, including driving history and drug screening
