Job Summary
Train to proficiency across store management, operations, and retail sales while driving store sales and acquiring customers. Manage customer accounts, deliver exceptional service, and handle in-home delivery, setup, and inventory management. Meet and exceed target sales and profit goals through active performance in all business aspects. This in-person role requires lifting up to 300 pounds, driving, and standing for prolonged periods. Candidates must be over 21 with a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED
- Effective organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to traverse multiple flights of stairs while carrying furniture, appliances, and electronics
- Prolonged periods of driving and standing
- Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor climates and weather conditions
- Routine lifting, loading, and moving of merchandise (50-300 pounds) using a dolly
- Stooping, bending, pulling, reaching, and grabbing
- A detailed background check, including driving history and drug screening
