Train to proficiency across all store management and operations aspects, including acquiring customers, driving sales, and managing accounts. Perform in-home delivery and setup, handle inventory, and deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales and profit targets. Manage customer accounts and collections, utilizing strong organizational and communication skills to exceed goals. Requires routine lifting of 50-300 pounds, prolonged driving, and standing in various climates. Must be over 21 with a high school diploma or GED. This entry-level program serves as a vital stepping stone for future store leaders within our third-largest Rent-To-Own provider.
