Manager In Training

Train to proficiency across all store management and operations aspects, including acquiring customers, driving sales, and managing accounts. Perform in-home delivery and setup, handle inventory, and deliver exceptional customer service while meeting sales and profit targets. Manage collections and maintain customer relationships. This in-person role requires physical stamina for lifting merchandise up to 300 pounds, traversing stairs, and prolonged periods driving or standing in various climates. Candidates must be over 21, hold a high school diploma or GED, and possess effective organizational and communication skills. A detailed background check, including driving history and drug screening, is required.
