Job Summary
As a Manager in Training at Cobblestone, you will be responsible for opening and closing facilities, training and developing staff to deliver excellent customer service, and managing location operations including scheduling and labor costs. You are expected to perform duties as a Lube Technician and Service Advisor, manage shop volume, assist customers with inquiries, and maintain compliance with safety guidelines. Successful candidates should possess management experience, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year management experience in a similar shop environment
- Friendly, approachable attitude towards customers and employees
- Professional appearance
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Proven management and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
