Job Summary
Manager in Training at Jimmy John’s will receive hands-on training to run a store like a pro, learning operational systems, delivering world-class customer service, leading team members to meet performance goals, and managing inventory, food costs, and labor controls. The MIT will participate in recruiting, hiring, and training crew members, enforce quality standards and food safety, and ensure the store remains clean and organized, with opportunities for rapid advancement and ongoing development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous experience in food service or retail preferred
