Job Summary
Oversee store operations by coaching, training, and supervising teammates while managing the full profit and loss, including sales, inventory, cash controls, and store-level marketing. Lead recruiting efforts to build and retain a winning team, create work schedules for proper coverage, and ensure building, equipment, and grounds are well maintained. Set the standard for exceptional guest service, resolve complaints, and conduct safety and policy meetings. Requires 3+ years of retail management experience with P&L responsibility.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience
- Must have experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center
- Must be able to motivate and inspire Teammates
- Communicate effectively with our guests and at all levels within the organization
- Must be willing and able to comply with all relevant regulatory and compliance standards
Desired Qualifications
- automotive experience is a plus
