Job Summary
Lead the restaurant by demonstrating standards every shift, coaching team members, and managing labor and scheduling to support sales goals. Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and brand compliance while handling opening and closing procedures. Monitor inventory, control waste, and resolve guest concerns to drive revenue and profitability. Participate in comprehensive training across operations, leadership, and financials, accepting feedback to build competency. Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Progress through a clear path from Assistant Manager to General Manager based on demonstrated leadership and operational results.
Required Qualifications
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, lift, and move throughout the restaurant
- Ability to lift and carry products and supplies as required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods
