Job Summary
Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing duties, while leading and motivating team members to deliver exceptional service and consistent product quality. Train new crew members on standards, manage inventory and cash handling, and handle customer inquiries with professionalism. Contribute to scheduling, labor management, and cost control efforts by working alongside the team during busy rushes. This role requires previous restaurant management experience, strong leadership skills, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
