Job Summary
Lead and develop store staff through hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling; monitor store financials, sales, and cash/inventory handling; oversee product ordering, delivery reconciliation, and inventory; drive sales through effective foodservice and merchandising management; maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety; ensure regulatory compliance (alcohol, tobacco, lottery, etc.); participate in leadership meetings and team huddles; uphold company standards and procedures; this is a transitional Store Manager in Training role with advancement into a leadership position after the program; starting hourly pay and full-time benefits support a strong emphasis on growth, customer service, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of management or supervisory experience (retail or foodservice preferred)
- Food Handlers Permit as required by county/city/state
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Basic computer and POS system proficiency
- Legal age to stock and sell regulated products
- Attention to detail and self-motivation
- Hands-on leadership and teamwork abilities
