Job Summary
Greet every customer with top-tier service while leading store staff through hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling. Monitor financials, sales, and cash/inventory handling; oversee product ordering, delivery reconciliation, and inventory levels. Drive sales via foodservice and merchandising management, maintaining cleanliness, organization, safety compliance, and adherence to regulatory requirements for alcohol, tobacco, and lottery. Participate in leadership meetings, hold team huddles, and uphold Jacksons standards. Full-time open availability required for 24/7 operations. This transitional role prepares candidates for internal leadership advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (24/7 operation)
- 2+ years of management or supervisory experience (retail or foodservice preferred)
- A Food Handlers Permit as required by county, city, or state
- A proven history of exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Basic computer and POS system proficiency
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Legal age to stock and sell regulated products
- Strong attention to detail and a history of being self-motivated
- A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a team environment
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds
