Job Summary
Greet every customer with a smile and top-tier service while leading and developing store staff through hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling. Monitor store financials, sales, and cash/inventory handling; oversee product ordering, delivery reconciliation, and inventory levels. Drive sales through effective foodservice and merchandising management. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance. Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements (alcohol, tobacco, lottery, etc.). Participate in leadership meetings and hold effective team huddles. Uphold Jacksons standards, policies, and procedures. This transitional position requires open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for a 24/7 operation. Applicants must possess a Food Handlers Permit, a valid driver's license, and 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (24/7 operation)
- 2+ years of management or supervisory experience (retail or foodservice preferred)
- A Food Handlers Permit as required by county, city, or state
- A proven history of exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Basic computer and POS system proficiency
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Legal age to stock and sell regulated products
- Strong attention to detail and a history of being self-motivated
- A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a team environment
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds
