Job Summary
Manager-in-Training (INSPIRE Program) to develop future leaders within the People & Culture department through a 12-month immersive experience. Supports day-to-day HR operations, documentation, employee engagement, and cross-functional collaboration; uses Microsoft Office and Canva for reporting and presentations; requires a Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Psychology; based in Makati City, Philippines (in-person). Completion includes two capstone projects: updating the Employee Handbook and developing the People & Culture Operations Manual; program leads toward a supervisory or managerial position contingent on performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt in a dynamic environment
