Manager in Training III

Lead store-teammate development and training as Manager in Training III, including coaching, training, scheduling and performance management; oversee store operations to ensure smooth, efficient performance. Drive store growth through management of sales, inventory/cash controls, store-level marketing, guest satisfaction and full Profit & Loss responsibility. Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools and interviewing techniques to improve retention. Create Teammate work schedules to ensure proper coverage and business needs are met. Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints; ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained. Requires 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus.
