Oversee store operations by managing financial health through sales, inventory controls, and full Profit & Loss responsibility. Lead coaching, training, and performance management for teammates while creating work schedules to ensure proper coverage. Uphold safety, attendance, and uniform standards by conducting policy meetings and resolving guest complaints. Maintain building, equipment, and grounds to support efficient daily store function. Requires 3+ years of retail management experience with P&L proficiency; salary ranges from $44,000 to $49,000.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience
- Must have experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center
