Job Summary
Oversee store operations by coaching, training, and supervising teammates while managing P&L, sales, inventory, and cash controls. Create work schedules ensuring proper coverage, conduct safety and policy meetings, and handle guest complaints to uphold service standards. Maintain building, equipment, and grounds while recruiting and retaining staff through sound interview techniques. Requires 3+ years of retail management experience with P&L responsibility, automotive experience a plus. Full-time role at Savannah location with biweekly bonuses, 401K match, and paid uniforms.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience
- Must have experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center
- Must be able to motivate and inspire Teammates
- Communicate effectively with our guests and at all levels within the organization
- Must be willing and able to comply with all relevant regulatory and compliance standards
