Job Summary
Lead store operations, team leadership, and customer service while participating in hands-on training across multiple functional areas. Coach and develop team members, manage opening/closing procedures, inventory, and merchandising execution, and interpret basic financial metrics to drive performance. Resolve customer concerns, promote safety and loss prevention standards, and support recruiting and onboarding processes. Work 40–50 hours weekly, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with occasional travel for training. This emerging leader role prepares candidates for Assistant Manager, Department Manager, or Store Manager positions within the retail organization.
Required Qualifications
- Average 40–50 hours per week during training, based on business needs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent bending, carrying, pushing, and ladder use.
- Regular computer work requiring close vision.
- Occasional travel for training or support at other locations.
