Job Summary
Manager in Training responsible for assisting Store Manager with operations, inventory control, merchandising, scheduling, and supervising staff in a retail footwear and athletic apparel environment. The role involves promoting sales and promotions, delivering outstanding customer service, taking on Store Manager responsibilities in their absence, protecting store assets, ensuring policy adherence across manuals, and guiding employees in all departments to meet store goals. Strong emphasis on leadership, teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to train and develop staff while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in footwear and athletic apparel
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
