Job Summary
Assist Store Manager with overall store operations and administrative duties; act in the Store Manager’s absence, supervise staff, and promote store initiatives. Responsible for understanding multiple product areas, guiding employees in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling. Ensure adherence to company policies and standards, maintain inventory awareness and profitability, deliver extraordinary customer service, promote services and merchandise, and train staff to uphold quality standards and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Experience working in a retail environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to assist in managing a team and keep up with overall goals and profits
