Job Summary

Conduct hands-on leadership training across multiple functional areas while supporting store leadership in coaching, developing, and motivating team members. Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve concerns professionally, and promote a safe, clean facility by adhering to loss prevention standards. Gain exposure to daily operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and merchandising execution to drive department performance. Interpret basic financial metrics to support company objectives and assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training processes. Work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. This emerging leader role prepares candidates for Assistant Manager, Department Manager, or Store Manager positions within the retail organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Average 40–50 hours per week during training, based on business needs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent bending, carrying, pushing, and ladder use.
  • Regular computer work requiring close vision.
  • Occasional travel for training or support at other locations.

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
