Job Summary
Store Manager in Training program focusing on leading retail operations from the ground up: greet customers with top-tier service, hire/train coach staff, supervise scheduling, monitor sales and inventory, oversee product ordering and merchandising, ensure regulatory compliance (alcohol, tobacco, lottery), participate in leadership meetings, and drive advancement into a leadership role. Requires open availability (evenings/weekends/holidays), 2+ years of management experience, High School Diploma or GED, Food Handlers Permit as required, strong customer service and leadership abilities, POS proficiency, valid driver’s license, and ability to work in a 24/7 operation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of management or supervisory experience (retail or foodservice preferred)
- A Food Handlers Permit as required by county, city, or state
- Proven history of exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Basic computer and POS system proficiency
- Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Legal age to stock and sell regulated products
- Strong attention to detail and self-motivation
- Hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a team environment
