Job Summary
Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling, and performance management while managing the store's financial health, including sales, inventory controls, marketing, and full Profit & Loss responsibility. Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools and retention strategies, create work schedules ensuring proper coverage, and set an example for exceptional guest service including complaint resolution. Ensure the building, equipment, and grounds are well maintained and conduct or attend store safety and policy meetings. Work Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m., with access to earnings via DailyPay.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience
- Must have experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center
- Must be able to motivate and inspire Teammates
- Communicate effectively with our guests and at all levels within the organization
- Must be willing and able to comply with all relevant regulatory and compliance standards
Desired Qualifications
- automotive experience is a plus
