Job Summary
Manage inventory variances, ensure compliance with federal and local laws, and maintain a safe, sanitary dining environment. Prepare and season food according to recipes, organize kitchen equipment, and coordinate prep with supervisory staff for special events. Interact with guests to ensure they feel welcomed and address their needs while supporting the team. Assist in TOGO order distribution and uphold our legacy of authentic Southern hospitality. Prior experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate.

- Exceptional multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 25 lbs or more
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend, kneel, and lift tray overhead
