Job Summary
Support daily club operations by executing sales initiatives, coaching team members, and managing front desk services to drive membership growth. Inspire and motivate staff to deliver an exceptional member experience while ensuring adherence to safety, cleanliness, and facility standards. Achieve individual and team revenue targets through active leadership, lead follow-up, and monitoring key performance indicators. Communicate clearly with leadership and team members to reinforce policies and company values. Maintain a professional, high-performance culture by recognizing achievements and modeling operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, fitness, or leadership roles
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to motivate and influence team performance in a positive manner
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to achieving performance goals and supporting team success
- Current CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
