Job Summary
Manager in Training responsible for learning the fundamentals of club operations while driving member sales, delivering a high-energy club experience, and developing the skills needed to advance into leadership. Responsibilities include driving membership sales, delivering excellent customer service, learning daily club operations (including staff scheduling and facility upkeep), coaching front-line staff, supporting marketing initiatives and community outreach, maintaining professionalism and high energy, and overseeing Sunday production to support peak times and member needs.
