Manager in Training position responsible for learning club operations, driving member sales, delivering a high-energy club experience, and developing frontline staff to support growth of Crunch Fitness in Knoxville. Responsibilities include driving membership sales, delivering excellent customer service, learning daily operations (staff scheduling, facility cleanliness, member engagement), coaching front-line staff, supporting marketing initiatives and community outreach, maintaining professionalism and energy, and ensuring Sunday production runs smoothly. Sales experience and strong communication skills are valued, along with a team-oriented, coachable mindset and a commitment to growth within a rapidly expanding franchise.
