Job Summary
Support daily club operations by executing sales initiatives, coaching team members, and managing front desk services to drive membership growth. Inspire and develop staff through active leadership, ensuring adherence to safety, cleanliness, and service standards while achieving individual and team revenue targets. Monitor performance metrics to consistently meet key performance indicators and maintain a professional, high-energy environment for all members.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, fitness, or leadership roles
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to motivate and influence team performance in a positive manner
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to achieving performance goals and supporting team success
- Current CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
