Job Summary
Manager in Training will learn club operations while directly driving member sales, delivering a high-energy club experience, and developing leadership skills for advancement. Key duties include driving membership sales, delivering exceptional customer service, supporting daily operations (staff scheduling, facility upkeep, member engagement), coaching front-line staff, supporting marketing and community outreach, maintaining professionalism and high energy, and handling Sunday production to support peak times.
