Job Summary
Manager in Training at Crunch Fitness supports club growth through lead generation and sales, oversees front desk operations to ensure high levels of member service, and helps deliver the Crunch Member Experience. Responsibilities include lead generation programs, conducting tours and inquiries for prospective members, attending events for exposure, delivering exceptional customer service, representing Crunch in a positive light to generate new sales opportunities, ensuring front desk systems are executed properly, and performing other duties as assigned. The role is full-time, hourly non-exempt with potential sales commission, and requires CPR/AED certification, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced gym environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of sales experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service required
- CPR/AED certification required
- Basic computer proficiency
- Professional attitude
- Upbeat and positive personality
- Efficient and effective communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and excel in a busy environment
- Must be able to adjust and operate all club equipment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and engage in physical activity, including lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing/walking
