Job Summary
Gain comprehensive training across Production, Sales Operations, and other departments to build the knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position. Rotate through various functions within the insulation business under the direction of experienced professionals while taking ownership of branch operations. The role involves learning every aspect of running a branch, including duties in several departments as it pertains to the insulation business. You will be open to learning new things, not afraid to take chances, and interested in expanding your skill set. This position requires a Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 2 years' experience in construction management or distribution services.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license (if operating a Company Vehicle)
- Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 2 years' experience in construction management or distribution services
- Must be willing to travel as needed for training and relocate for permanent assignment
- Must be willing to travel <20%
Desired Qualifications
- Operations Management experience, preferably in building materials or construction related industry
