Job Summary
Manager in Training role at a Jiffy Lube location in Bellfontaine, OH. Lead and develop store teammates through coaching, training, scheduling, and performance management; oversee both computer-based and on-the-job training; enforce attendance, safety, and uniform standards; participate in safety and policy meetings. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus

- Effective communication with guests and all levels within the organization
- Willing and able to comply with all relevant regulatory and compliance standards
- Proven ability to manage a profit and loss center and drive sales
- Experience with scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ability to build and develop a high-performing team
- Strong guest service orientation and conflict resolution skills
