Job Summary
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conduct employee performance reviews, and develop strategies for workplace efficiency. Supervise staff, assign duties based on skills, and manage attendance while filling in for the Site Manager during absences. Liaise between managers, customers, and employees to address concerns and handle escalated situations. Direct cars into the wash tunnel, perform vehicle inspections, and ensure facility cleanliness and safety compliance. Monitor spending patterns, balance cash drawers, and process wash payments. Train new and current team members while adhering to company policies and health standards.
