Job Summary
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conduct employee performance reviews, and develop strategies for workplace efficiency. Supervise staff, assign duties based on skills, and manage attendance while filling in for the Site Manager during absences. Liaise between managers, customers, and employees to address concerns and smooth out workplace problems. Handle escalated customer situations, manage conflicts, and train new team members. Monitor spending patterns, balance cash drawers, and ensure safety procedures are followed during daily operations.
